Return and exchange policy

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us first. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged and unaltered. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and the product price will be refunded within 14 business days. The customer may exchange the product for another before shipment. After shipment, the customer has the right to exchange the product within 14 business days, and is responsible for all shipping costs plus any difference in the product price. If the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return it within 14 days. In this case, the customer must provide proof of shipping costs, including the shipment number, shipping details, and total cost.

The customer is then entitled to a full refund. Products included in discounts and special offers are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in cases of product defects. Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases: – Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 14 days.

If the product changes from its original condition for any reason – if used beyond the intended purpose – or if it was manufactured to the customer’s specifications.
